My Journey From Aviation to Independent Travel Consulting
Since 2018 I have worked at Gatwick Airport as a Flight Dispatcher for easyJet, TUI and other international airlines. Working behind the scenes has shown me how much happens before a flight ever leaves the ground. I have seen the pressures travellers face, the questions they worry about and the moments when reassurance makes all the difference.
This experience has shaped the way I support my customers. I understand how travel works from the inside, and I bring that knowledge to the advice I give, the care I offer and the way I guide people through their journeys. It is a background that helps me stay calm, practical and helpful in situations that can sometimes feel overwhelming for travellers, especially those flying through Gatwick Airport.
Why I Started Benny Travel
Starting my own independent travel business was about bringing together personal passion and professional experience. I wanted to offer something simple and human, a place where people could speak to one person, share their ideas and feel confident that their holiday was being planned with genuine understanding.

What I Enjoy Most About Helping People Travel
I have been fortunate to visit many destinations myself, and I enjoy sharing that experience with customers. When someone is interested in a place I have visited, I can offer practical recommendations, give insight into different areas and help them choose options that feel right for their style of travel.
Sometimes this leads to surprises. A recent example was a family planning to stay at the Atlantis in Dubai. After talking about what they really wanted from their trip, I suggested the Legoland Hotel instead. It matched their plans more closely and gave them even better value. They loved it, and moments like that remind me why I enjoy this work so much.
